Our Cancellation Policy

We have a diverse and well formed cancellation policy

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15days for the refund transfer to be completed.
  • In case the product received by you is damaged or defective, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. if the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
  • In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund/change of the product along with free 5-day returns
  • For Tamara, Postpay and Tabby based purchases, a refund policy for up to 5 days is in a place where in the circumstances of a faulty device delivery, or wrong products delivery (different than the claimed) will be liable to 100% refund if the customer returns back within 2 working days. The customer has to bear the shipment charges in such a case for products delivered via courier.
  • All the returns will be made through the same payment method through which the customer made the purchases.
